DACN Annual General Meeting 2025

This is the Annual General Meeting…not a meeting for minutes, but for a movement.

They want you distracted.

They want you divided.

But we’re not here for the rerun.

It is time to vote on Bylaws, elect the 2025-2027 Leadership Board, and hold our Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Democrats Abroad China!

• Bylaws and NEC collections periods have passed. 
• Members should check their emails on June 4 for your unique voting ID. 
• The AGM Zoom link will be sent to all members within 48 hours of this meeting, and to RSVPs 2 hours in advance of this meeting. 
• Democrats Abroad China Bylaws and Rules outline the roles for each Leadership Board position, as well as guide the DACN election process. Members are encouraged to view DACN Bylaws, Meeting Minutes, and more on the DACN Wiki.

Without you, we cannot improve the organization or win elections. RSVP, bring friends, and change the game.

An alternative date of June 21 serves as a backup, in case of unforeseen issues, or in the case DACN does not conclude business on June 14. 

A Bylaws review, Election, and AGM must be held by June 30 annually to stay in compliance as a County Committee of Democrats Abroad. Please email [email protected] with questions, comments, or to raise your hand to help.
